REIMBURSEMENT ASSISTANCE
Ameritech Homecare Solutions LLC’s reimbursement specialists perform all the billing for the patient’s family. Our staff will:
- Call insurance companies to verify benefits approval and coverage of equipment and/or other services.
- Obtain necessary documentation from physicians.
- Bill insurance companies.
- Accept assignments whenever possible.
PATIENT INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING
A trained staff of home health care professionals will provide instructions on the operation, safety, and care of equipment. Instruction is carried out in the convenience and comfort of the patient’s home.
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
Ameritech Homecare Solutions LLC’s trained staff conducts continuous review and evaluation of all services provided, which will include:
- Catheter sepsis and complications
- Patient satisfaction follow-up
- Regular follow-up on all patients
